I’m Clare 👋 – a 50-ish, proud Gen Xer doing my best to balance remote work, family life, and a social calendar that somehow belongs more to my teenagers than to me.
I work from home (for now), with a quiet goal of working from anywhere. In between calls, laundry, and coordinating everyone else’s lives, I’m always looking for ways to make things run more smoothly – without the pressure of doing it all perfectly.
Because after years of trying to eat well, shop smart, stay organised, be creative, productive, mindful and well-rested (ha!), I realised something: good enough really is good enough.
That’s why I created That’ll Have to Do – a blog full of honest tips, smart buys, shortcuts and realistic ideas for anyone juggling life and just wanting it to run that little bit better.
If that sounds like you – welcome, you’re in the right place 💛
